Once purchased, I automatically start on your order if it's a custom order and will ship between 5 to 7 days when custom made. If it's an available premade item for sale, that ships between next 2 to 3 days.

I am not responsible for any damage that happens when traveling in shipping, that's the carrier's fault so you'd have to communicate with the carrier. Handle with care as this was handmade with love. DO NOT put in dishwasher. Hand wash ONLY and if possible, use a scrub brush used in nail salons for cleaning nails to use on a rhinestone tumbler. Otherwise, simple hand washing is perfectly fine. DO NOT place in microwave. Treat your tumbler like your baby, handled with care.
